PARTNERING WITH
PANCREATIC CANCER UK

At EUROPAC, we are really excited to be partnering with Pancreatic Cancer UK to take on this tough disease together. More than half of people diagnosed with pancreatic cancer die within three months. Survival rates have improved enormously for most cancers but sadly, for pancreatic cancer, this is not the case.

But there is hope. Pancreatic Cancer UK is the only UK charity dedicated to taking on this injustice using every possible means. They are supporting people with pancreatic cancer now through the specialist nurse run Support Line and expert information, but also campaigning and funding vital research to transform the future.

Pancreatic Cancer UK assist our work and generously fund the registry part of the EUROPAC study.

This helps us to assess the level of risk for anyone identified as having familial pancreatic cancer and also enables us to offer the chance of those people having regular screening. The registry also collects blood samples from people on it which can be used for research purposes.
